General Conditions Booking and Stay
Short-term bookings
Short-term bookings are possible up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
Booking pitches
To finalize the reservation, the payment for the first 5 nights is required the full amount, starting from 6 nights later a deposit of at least 50% .
The payment of the deposit will be refunded in the following cases:
– Upon payment of the invoice for the entire booking period.
– In case of cancellation of the reservation, at least 45 days before arrival, withholding a cancellation fee of CHF 100.00
Reservations can be changed or corrected free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, after which the entire period booked will be charged, as will late arrival or early departure.
In the event of non-compliance with the booking or contract by the guest (cancellation, non-arrival), Camping Paradiso Lago will retain the entire booking fee of CHF 100.00 as a contractual penalty.
Allocation of places
When you make a reservation, the pitch number is assigned upon arrival. if you have indicated a preference for the number, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is not guaranteed to be assigned.
Arrival / Departure
Check-in and check-out times are binding and at set times.
In order to maintain flexibility on arrival, the reserved pitch is kept free until the day after 12.00 noon. without customer notification after that time after 2.00 p.m. the pitch will be re-rented to others without prior notice.
Late arrival / early departure
In the event of late arrival and/or early departure, the full amount due for the booked stay must be paid. In the event of late departure in the afternoon after 12.00 noon, an additional night will be charged.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, interruption of stay and/or early departure, any reimbursement of booking fee, tourist tax and flat-rate electricity is excluded. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with an insurance company.
Place of jurisdiction
The sole place of jurisdiction is Lugano. Only Swiss substantive law is applicable (references to any foreign law are not considered).
